Excellent EX Certified Designer Kym was born and raised in Dunedin, New Zealand, and started to show a natural affinity to People Experience early in her career. Officially dubbed “Director of Fun” in her first role, she has always purposefully put people at the center of the work experience. Career Development took an all-time lift off after winning a green card in the diversity lottery with her husband and moving to the US, living in both Austin, TX and New York, NY. Her dynamic duo of strengths are Operational Excellence and People Experience. Finding a way to be an Operations Expert and weaving her love of EX design is where she truly excels. Currently, she’s expanding her toolkit supporting US company Monotype in Project Management, PR and marketing. Kym loves to dance, and cooking and good food are high on the list of importance, with travel not far behind.
